Light a candle for loved ones

in the name of the Son.

Let your teardrops flow ...

and your memories grow.

After you sign ...

leave your grief behind.

No more to cry ...

for there is no goodbye.

Heaven's not far ...

which is where they are.

In gardens they roam.

They have only gone home.

Now whisper a prayer

for God's precious care.

They'll thank you and me ...

for their souls are now free.

They are with our Lord ... forevermore.

We will see them again ...

Only He knows when.

This candlelighting ceremony is dedicated in loving memory of my beloved mother, Estelle G. Irby, who joined the angels on October 4th, 1999, my precious sister, Bernice (Bunny) Lenore Capestro, who went before her on August 17th, 1999, and my cherished and dear cousin Mark Charles Dana, who went on to heaven July 10, 2000. The light from their candles will forever shine in our hearts.
