BIBLE STUDY FOR BIBLE TRUTHS The Sanctuary of Prayer is offering these Bible Truths for the purpose of helping God's children better understand His requirements and instructions to us. They are very real...and, in many cases, very misunderstood. There is danger in misinterpretation...because our Heavenly Father had ONLY ONE interpretation...ONE meaning intended. That is what the first Christians taught...the Apostles and disciples who knew...and were taught by Jesus Christ Himself. In the many centuries since, God's meaning, intention and plan has been polluted by Satan through doctrines, denominations, philosophies, new age movements, theories, analysis, power, greed, violence, and so on. Therefore, there is only ONE path...to follow the True meaning and definition of His Holy Word. There is so MUCH more to God's Word than you have ever been taught and many of you probably already know that...deep inside...because the Holy Spirit pulls at heart strings when we are in error...He nags! Without Truth...we cannot have real inner peace. Without real knowledge, we cannot have the confidence necessary to stand up for our Lord and Savior when that time arrives...in the near future. Jesus is coming under attack from all sides in the media...even in Churches...and from presumed "men of God". God wants us to have knowledge...from Him...not from a "higher critic" who usually professes that Jesus was only a "great teacher"...and may not have existed at all! There is too much evidence to the contrary...and they know it. The whole purpose of these anti-Christs is to drive us away from our Lord Jesus...and into the hands of Satan...the one they worship...which IS the Synagogue of Satan...or Kenites...sons of Cain. They are his descendants...and many of them do not even know that fact! You hear them on the media...you see the books they write...even concerning the Shroud of Turin...which are only meant to cause one thing...confusion! All of God's children, including your own little ones, are far too precious to be mired in this confusion. Remember, God's Word plainly tells us that those "confusionists" are NOT God's children. By their fruits, you will know them...by their deeds. They are of their father...the Devil. Can they be converted...and have salvation? Yes, but only if they turn to God in their hearts. Remember, Satan is a son of God...created by Him...and once loved by Him...yet he will be destroyed, along with his fallen angels...thus far, the ONLY ones condemned. In order to get to God's Truths, it is necessary to search the Scriptures...which takes time and effort. Is HE worth that to you? Or, is it easier to sit in a pew...and let someone else tell you what he or she thinks God meant in a certain verse? Our Bible Study recommendation encourages you to search for yourselves...while not being governed by time-worn doctrine and ritual. If it is not in God's Word...it is NOT of God! This may require some inner change on your part...but it is change for the better...guaranteed. We, at the Sanctuary of Prayer, are living proof of that. Since our intense study began, we have been blessed beyond belief. The Holy Spirit has led us only to Truths. God showers blessings on His children who are making an effort to do it HIS way! Otherwise, we are lazy and slothful...and God does not like those characteristics in us. If you have a "King James Bible"...and a "Strong's Exhaustive Concordance"...you have the only tools necessary to a good understanding of God's Word. God expects us to bring forth good fruit...to plant seeds...to spread Truth. Jesus warned us: "Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then I will profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7: 21-23). No greater heartbreak could there be for a Christian than to hear those words from Jesus! We thought we were doing His will all along...only to learn, too late, that we had not been doing it as He instructed...according to His commandments. We had been following MAN'S way...and words...and rituals...even in prayer. How we have broken HIS heart! And, it is all so simple to follow His way...the Truth...and the Life. In Truth, Jesus did NOT found a Church upon this earth with any name other than "Christian"...Christ-man (or woman or child). He taught us to pray to the Father...in His name Jesus...through the Holy Spirit (NOT ghost). In fact, He told us: "And call no man your father upon the earth; for one is your Father, which is in heaven." (Matthew 23:9). The same applied to "Rabbi" and "Master"...for Christ Jesus is the ONLY One. We are but "brethren"...and sisters in Him. These are the teachings of Jesus...NOT man! Is any one Church being chastised? No...many...in fact...most! The real question is...Are we more devoted to our Church doctrine than we are to God Himself??? Please ponder that...for therein lies the answer to Truth. Is it not enough just to believe...as in John 3: 16? Yes...but ONLY if we are able to identify...and follow the TRUE Jesus Christ...which is to know TRUTH! God has left His "mysteries" in plain sight, but it is up to us to KNOW them...through study and discipline. Now to direct you to the greatest teaching of Truth that you can find. We gain nothing from this, except the peace and blessing of knowing that we are sending you to the best knowledge of God's Word there is. Is it a Church? Yes, but it is independent of any denomination, led only by the Word of God. In fact, it is the largest independent Church in the world...and growing. Yet, it is a simple little Chapel in north-west Arkansas. It is called "The Shepherd's Chapel"...and the ever-growing flock is forever expressing thanks for learning God's Word and plan for the first time in their lives! People want...and need TRUTH! Pastor Arnold Murray has studied and taught God's Word for 50 years...and his son, Pastor Dennis Murray, fills in at times. Make no mistake about it...the teaching can be tough. Pastor Murray, an ex U.S. Marine, who fought in the Korean War, is forthright, and minces no words in his teaching. He can, at times, be aggravating in his harshness...or mispronouncing of words, but he teaches boldly and sincerely...much like the Apostle Paul did. He loves his students deeply, and wants them to get it right. He loves our Lord Jesus more than any thing or anyone...as we all should. His whole purpose is to lead as many as possible to Truth...in order that their souls will be saved...and not lost through ignorance of God's Word. Paul and Peter constantly warned against ignorance. To this, he has dedicated his life...and God has richly blessed his ministry for it...by sending his teaching around the world. He has never had to ask for money...nor beg. He is very much against Churches or ministries that beg...or demand money...in exchange for salvation. ONLY God can grant blessings and salvation. They cannot be bought...or wrought by man. Pastor Murray can tell you exactly where to find any given Scripture...and quote it, as well as give its true meaning. He does make available tapes...at a nominal fee...$4.00 (basically his cost) on all books and aspects of the entire Bible...the first of which is free for the asking..."The Mark of the Beast". Yes...by "higher critics"...because they KNOW he teaches Truth! He refuses to be called "Reverend"...as that only applies to the Lord. Give him a chance...stick with him...and, in a short time, you will literally feel your eyes and ears being opened by God...along with a need to go deeper into the Word. Does he make mistakes in his teaching? He's human, but he humorously says, "about once in five years"! There ARE light moments...but little wasting of time. He makes the teaching enjoyable and fascinating. Pastor Murray is an end-time teacher...and one you would want beside you as you see the anti-Christ set down in Jerusalem. He is completely unafraid, and will assure you that neither should you be. He teaches courage...and discipline...through the Word of God. We strongly urge you to test his teachings, and see how much you learn in a month's time. He is an example of what Jesus wants US to be doing with our lives. You will not regret it. God WILL bless you for it...when He knows...and sees that you have sincerely become His servant...not man's. If we don't have (or make) time for God....He will not have time for us! That's a "hard saying"...but true. We continue to study and search God's Word...and will do so unceasingly...and will share what we learn as we gain an even deeper understanding. Jesus said that we would do even greater things...and He must have foreseen the Gospel going out to millions at a time, via technology. So, attending Church by television or internet is completely in keeping with His teaching: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matthew 18: 20). Believe us...you will find HIM there! Just please remember this: If a Church does not teach God's Word exclusively...and truthfully...then it is not properly aligned with God...and only YOU can discern that...through the Holy Spirit.
